is a beekeeper, writer, and food artist located in a medieval town in the mountains of Abruzzo, Italy. She brings people together through food and learning alongside plants, and writes a beautiful Substack which you can subscribe to and read here. She also founded Setteuarciate, an artist residency called that centers ecological relationships.
